Not happy with the bonitas accounts department.

I was supposed to pay R1600 on the 25 March and I paid them R2000.They suspended my membership benefits they said I didn't not pay R1600.i sent them proof of payment three times already and they acknowledge the payment but my benefits are still suspended.i sent them emails and watzup up several times and next week Monday I have to pay again for the next month. The benefits that I don't use.i am not happy with the service I get from bonitas.
