Not giving feedback on their bad providers
We are forced to use Pharmacy Direct to provide chronic mediation, or I need to pay a 40% co-payment. I have been without my chronic medication for 4 days, and I am still waiting. Pharmacy Direct keeps on saying it has been dispatched, and Bonitas gives no feedback. Bonitas needs to sort this out because they are forcing us to use this Pharmacy who does not deliver.
