Not delivering on their committment

<br> I am a Bonitas member, Primary option, one of the benefits for the option is that you receive a Bonitas baby pack which features a beautiful baby bag and goodies for both mom and baby, which I believe the cost of all this is included in our monthly payments.<br> <br> I gave birth on the 13 May 2015, and I have been waiting for the back pack ever since then, I called the call centre a few times and they tell me they were not aware that I delivered already, every time I call they tell me a different story<br> <br> Please deliver on the promises you make to lure clients to you, or avoid making promises at all.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br>
