Not a member. Handed over to Creditworx

On Friday I got an sms from Creditworx saying my \Bonitas acc has been handed over for collection\". I haven't been a Bonitas member since 2013 and never received a notice about any amount owing. Phoned Bonitas call centre this morning and confirmed that I do not owe them any money. ***. Bonitas said I must deal with Creditworx directly. They will not contact Creditworx on my behalf. Wow. How can this be right? Surely debtcollectors can't just come after people without proof of debt? And why must the victim be left to sort this out? How do I prove to Creditworx that I don't owe Bonitas? Shouldn't Bonitas be responsible for this? Very bad advertising for Bonitas - and Creditworx. Should I be reporting this abuse to the respective governing bodies?"
