NOT A HAPPY CLIENT

To whom it may concern, good day On 17/07/22 I sent a claim request to yourselves regarding non payment to provider Kruger Le Roux and Meijer On 03/08/22a email from med aid with query no 290722QW469 stating as follows: with referance to your enquiry , please be adviced that the claims for Kruger Le Roux and Meijer Physiotherapy, dated 24 feb 2020 to 23 march 2020 have been reprocessed and will be paid to the provider on the next paymentrun (04/08), then they said thatit is too near the paymentrun and will ten be paid on 11/08/22, this email was sent to me by a certain Lammetjie Mthetwa On 16/08/22 I received aemail from Meagan Philanderat Bonitas stating on query no 120822Q7FM7B that 2 payments will be made to provider on 18/08/22 1) R382.30 and 2) R273.10 ( total of R665.40) on KLM ref no KLM 00018 I am confused because they sent me a claim acknowledgement of over R17000 to be paid to the provider, then after that email I have never heard from them since Could you please assist Regards, Leon Potgieter, tel ***
