Not a bad Medical Aid at all, just refuse to help clients

I have my wife and son on Boncap, they have been on this for years.

I am happy with it, BUT, every ****** year we have to verify my wife's income on this, she has no income nor bank account, hence it goes off on my account. This is something they cannot grasp. If she has no income, how must I send a bank statement if there is none?

I am really unhappy!
