Nonchalant about pregnancy and birth

I am 6 weeks away from being admitted for a C section birth. I have been waiting on hospital authorization from Bonitas for over a month now. I have wasted so much time and airtime calling them regarding this issue. All I hear is that "it's been escalated to our high levels enquiries" and nothing happens after. I am getting closer and closer to my due date and it's clearly that no one at Bonitas cares. They have caused me so much stress in my last trimester of pregnancy. The thing that will lead to lawyers and newspapers being involved is if I end up having to give birth at a public hospital because of this. I will definitely do all that I can to ensure I reach as many people as I can and let them know about this experience.
