Non responding finance dept
This review is only for the accounts dept @ Bonitas /boncap. This is by far the worse finance dept I've not dealt with.. as they do not accept calls and only work via email.. I have yet to receive a non automated response back . I have had two brilliant call centre agents help and send feedback to me regarding the account but the finance dept/credit controller is just m.i.a. And the account just get suspended every month; even though sms'es are received the the payment has been received.
