Non refund of payment

My son Shivar Govender went for a knee operation last year on or about July or August 2023. At that point in time Bonitas didn't authorize his MRI and I paid cash. Ever since Bonitas had requested documentation regarding the operation and confirmed verbally that they will pay the bill. We supp**** all requested documentation to them. The documentation has been supp**** to the claims department and it is still not processed or refunded.
