Non payment of claims

I wrote a review on hellopeter asking that i be called by a manager in the claims queries dept. All i got was an email I am waiting for my R2000 refund that we paid to the in hospital paed!!! Nonsense that i must send emails and emails and no one calls me and sorts this out!!!!!!!!! I wish to change to a proper medical aid
