Non Payment of Claim

On the 27/11/2014 I had a Bone Marrow Biopsy done in hospital. It was authorised and now the medical aid is refusing to pay for the needle used in the procedure. This is the 7th Bone Marrow Biopsy I have had done and they have aid for all the others in full. The payment was rejected and the reason given, 62 - No Plan Benefit Claim Line. How can the scheme authorise and pay for a biopsy, but not the needle to perform it with. <br> <br> I submitted a query, 280115Q61ZMF on the 28/01/2015 and the doctor has still not been paid. <br> <br> From past experience, I know that by placing a complaint on Hello Peter is the only way for such a query to be resolved. So sad one has to go public for Bonitas to offer quality service!!!
