Non-payment of benefits, generally pathetic service

<p>I have been a member of Bonitas medical aid for the past 2 years and it has been one ********** experience after the next!! There simply seems to be no effective means of resolving a query with Bonitas. From having a simple chronic script approved, to my membership being questionned upon hospital admission and everything in between, any dealing with Bonitas is torture! In my latest encounter, ex-gratia payments were approved 11/2016 and to date, not a single payment has been made. NOT ONE CENT. I have been back and forth pleading that the payment be made as was approved. In response, I received generic responses which are never actioned. It is disgusting that Bonitas happily accepts monthly membership fees from it's members, yet always negates on their responsibility to pay what they have promised. </p>
