Non-payment of benefits

I have been a Bonitas BonCap member since October 2022. Not only do they not pay for any medication that is prescribed to me by a network GP and that is collected at a network pharmacy, but they also won't pay my consultation even though I am still entitled to 5 GP visits this year. As a student, paying R1000 out of pocket every time I am sick on top of my monthly premium is just not feasible. I am very unhappy with this scheme and am considering cancelling my cover with them.
