Non existent service
<p>I have tried for two months to get my dad's medical aid to be changed to a lower option as he no longer has the finances to pay for the option he is on as he is in frail care, i have submitted all the requested documents and call in every three days as I am asked but no one can help. your service is absolutely disgusting.</p>
