Non existent service

<p>I have still not had a response to my claim from January. My dentist office could not even get hold of Bonitas.</p> <p>After running out of patients on your automated voice calls and automated email responses. I have resorted to Hello Peter.</p> <p>I have sent emails to Bonitas who refferd me to Denis who have still not responded. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank goodness I am not in a critical state as you would probably leave me for dead. Great start with the new medical aid. </p> <p> </p> <p>If I am not contacted by the end of today I will be changing medical aid. I have heard from 5 differnt people that they are appaulled with your service, and I see many other complaints about the same issue here on hello peter. </p>
