Non existent customer service or responses.
Been waiting close to 2 months for savings refund, multiple refs: query 190426QJ4D13, also 200526QLKFX2 and 200526QLKFTR and 270526QLYFD6 and 270526QLYFD4 and another query number being ***, as for the WhatsApp after the bot transfers you over 3 hrs and no response, this is customer service lesson on how not to do thing seriously,
