Non existent customer service
Medscheme if you need help you habe to wait 3 to 5 working days even if it is their fault. Dont b9ther going to them personally to try sort out issues all that happens is you waste your life, your time , your petrol and your money and they will insult you to your face. Customer service is totally non existent i wonder how they can afford to run a companyvthe way they work.
