NON Existant Whatsapp Service
I've been trying to use the Whatsapp facility provided by Bonitas it s NON existant. I waited for a response for over an hour after being advised that I'm number 1 in the queue. The automated message returned at different intervals was: "You are currently in the queue to speak to one of our agents, please be patient whilst we connect you." I don't believe that all your agents are on the same loadshedding grid to make an excuse. Either this service is a farce or all the agents are asleep.
