NON DELIVERY OF A BABY BAG

Dear Hellopeter.<br> <br> Please help. I am a bonitas member and I fell pregnant in 2014 and was promised a baby bah with goodies. I delivered the baby and still the bag was not there. January 2015 I called them to check why but they said they had not submitted to their marketing department and they told me that they will submit it then which I assume they did. I again called them during the year last year and they told me to wait cause they have alist but till today my son is now a year and 2months but I still don't have it. I called again today and the lady said I am still on n the list I should just wait. Reference number for today's call is 180216QMH46N. Does it take this long for the to deliver these bags, really? what kind of service is this?
