Nobody gets back to you!

<p>I have been a Liberty Medical Scheme client who was transfered to Bonitas in December 2016. On the transfer the debit was rejected by my company's account as they did not know what it was.</p> <p> </p> <p>So in January 2017 my medical cover was suspended due to unpaid debit order. There was confusion with the name change so my company did not inform me. Bonitas then debited for February 2x premiums, collected 1 and rejected 1, I was notified that my cover was suspended. I called in the customer services and left message. </p> <p>So they continued to debit 2 x premiums for March, April and May, but in all only collected 1 and rejected the 2nd.</p> <p>My medical cover has been suspended the entire year. I have called them 3 times, I have reference numbers for the calls and also sent them emails. I all the discussions I requested them only to debit once and the missing premium to be paid off separately. They tell me that they have requested this and they will call be back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am tired of waiting. Since January I did not have medical cover as it was suspended but they continued to collect 1 premium each month. Now want to cancel and all my money back as I have been paying my medical bills cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will find a better medical aid to deal with then these guys.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Mr D</p>
