Nobody Cares
It has been 3 months trying to get my debit order changed. Tried on email and the WhatsApp number and telephonically. Nobody seems to care or get it done. Now I received a letter stating that my cover is suspended although I have made payment via EFT. This is the poorest service I have ever received from Bonitas I am really F*&%^$# frustrated by now
