No Worries, just pooh on the little Guy.

I have been with Bonitas for many years now, I pay them well over R20 K a year. I hardly ever go to the doctor or pharmacy. now that I have been diagnosed with psoriasis they don't want to pay me back for medications and seeing the doctor. I have been emailing them since 21.01.2015 with various issue, and it seems only when I complain on Hello Peter do they respond. I have had to pay so much out of my own pocket in the last few months and I don't even get responses from them. Below are just some of the Ref #s I have from the autoreply. the last mail I got from them was 30.03.2015 & that was to tell me to take a certain mail address out of copy.<br> is it pointless to give these guys over 20K a year & when you need to claim a few thousand after they don't respond?
