23 Sept 2021, 09:08I have cancelled my membership because of the above mentioned matter, Ii have sent in my cancellation letter 5 times, FIVE TIMES!!!!! and yet again your *********** staff sends me the empty document once again to complete! Do you have anyone working there who actually completed primary school?
