No warning of network changes!!!

I am very upset about the sudden change of network hospitals. I app**** for membership to Bonitas in December, with the inception date being in January. One of the main reasons that I moved from Discovery medical aid to Bonitas is the fact that Bonitas covered Mediclinc Potchefstroom. Big was my surprise when my baby got sick and needed to be admitted. I wanted to admit her where he pediatrician was, just to hear that since January 2023 Mediclinic is no longer covered and I will have to pay out of pocket. This is ridiculous - I had to have her admitted to a different hospital with a different physician that I know from nowhere. She had no prior knowledge of my baby and I was not comfortable with her treating my child. I had no other choice since I cannot afford private hospitals out of pocket. Worst of all is that we had *no* prior warning.
