No Support from Bonitas
This medical aid requires you to use designated service providers (DSPs) through levies but fails to assist you in resolving issues when their appointed dispensary does not supply your medication. The new DSP, Marara Pharmacy, has made it extremely difficult to receive your prescribed medications, and communication has been very poor.
