No service from the 1st day?

<p> </p> <p>Membership number: ********** 1514</p> <p>From the very first day (When Liberty life amalgamated with Bonitas)<br />Its been nothing short of a joke when it comes to customer support.<br />Its all very well and awesome listening to your radio adverts saying otherwise?<br />From dual a phantom dual membership where you helpline cant help me ?<br />(I received lawyers letters for this) to the other WORKING membership that I have requested<br />around 4-5 times for my medical aid card? To date I have received no response not card nothing?<br />I miss the days of Liberty Life. Not even my dentist accepts Bonitas. He is forcing everyone<br />on Bonitas to pay cash upfront because of issues with Bonitas..<br />BUT....thanks for the fancy radio adverts. </p>
