<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>My mom is a pensioner, struggling for the past 2 months to get some monies due to my deceased father's estate from Bonitas. We spent hours on the phone with them, without resolution. None of their agents ever come back to us!! </p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE HELP!!</p>

You asked me to PRIVATELY reply with my contact details on 4th of August - which I did. YET again, it is the 10th of August (almost a week later) and NO REPLY!! I'm logging a complaint with Counsil of Medical Schemes and Ombudsman and contacting Mr Gerhard van Emmenis.

I am utterly disgusted with the service this Scheme is rendering to their members - especially pensioners that paid premiums for years and have to struggle like this.
Nowhere on Bonitas' website are one able to find contact/email details to escalate complains or horrific service. They extend empty promises to return calls. But every where on all social platforms and media they advertise their excellent service!! What a ****!!
