No response from company

I sent an email for my Bonitas Medical aid scheme membership income verification, which was after the deadline. And I have not heard from them, and when I called I was told my premium is going to increase , I will not be able to afford this increase because I am a student. When I called I was told to upload my 2024 proof of registration of which I will get on the 29th of January, and the next premium will be debited on 1 Feb 2024, which by then I doubt they will have update me since they take 7 business day to do so and last they did not update me.
