no response from bonitas re my enquiries

we received a sms on 5:3:2015 saying that there were insufficient funds for our monthly subscription the reason being that they UNBEKOWN to us upped our monthly subscription with a LARGE amount BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY SENT US income verification forms (WHICH WE DID NOT RECEIVE POSSIBLY DUE TO POSTOFFICE STRIKE) WEe also did not receive their 2015 BENEFITS BROCHURE so we were not afforded the oppertunity to choose a new option or neither did we receive notice of n yearly fund increace WE HAVE NOW UNSUCESSFULLY EMAIL FAXED PHONED(i once got through to a mr James who listened to my complaint prommising to reply the next day WHICH HE DID NOT DO. now our Pharmacy phoned saying they cant supply our cronic medication
