No response from Bonita's Medical aid and it URGEN

I have been emailing Bonita's Medical Aid since 2015! They send you a no reply email response and that's it! <br> I am trying to get through to them on behalf of my aged Mother who is on Medical Aid and am having no joy what so ever.I cannot call them as I am not allowed to use the phone/or I have to pay for the calls which I cannot afford as Bonita's telephone system makes you press phone buttons over and over and over and you get absolutely nowhere! It's so frustrating.<br> My Mom has been diagnosed with cancer and we need them to respond as the time is very LIMITED.<br> They are just NOT INTERESTED!!!! especially when it comes to having to pay the bills.
