NO RESPONSE FROM AN APPALLING MEDICAL AID!!
It is a week since I wrote my review about this medical aid, to which I received 2 generic responses (as with all the responses to other reviews about them). To date no one has even attempted to contact me!!! Once again, absolutely pathetic service! They obviously don't care what anyone thinks about them.
