No response form Bonitas/Agilehealth since 19 November 2024

I app**** for membership to Bonitas on the 18 November 2024 using the *** email address and got an automated response from a different email: ***. The following day (19 November 2024) I received an email from this Agilehealth claiming that my email did not have attachments. I resend the email with the attachments and that was the last time I had from them. I made several follow ups with Agilehealth and directly to Bonitas without any success. No response from Bonitas except the automated responses and the same with Agile Health. All need to know is if the application is accepted or not?
