It doesn't help that bonitas reply to a complaint and don't follow up on it . It has been 5 days since they said that a consultant will be in touch sortly but up untill now not a single person has contacted me and I still have no idee when I wil get my money back !!!!! This is really poor service Bonitas when you have to wait for your money you cancell my medical aid but when you owe me money I have to wait for you to decide when I will get it back!!!
