i have been looking for a medical aid and Bonita's boncap option was the best for me i sent the application on the 11th of March got an email back and it gave me a reference after not hearing anything back i sent an email again on the 24th of march and got an email again with a ref number after they failed to respond i called the call centre and asked them about my application all i keep on hearing is it is in proses
