No reply
I have bben on the line for the past 45 minutes and no reply...I can even hear when my call is being re-directed.I did not accept this from a medical Aid company as this is an emergency line.For the past five days I have tried getting hold of the call centre without any success.I then wrote an e-mail to queries at *** only thing I got is the e-mail of the application form,but before I can apply I needed to ask some of the question and be satisfied.I then stayed on the line for 50 minutes with no reply.
