No refund of Overdeducted payment

During December 2014 Bonitas required a declaration of income form to be completed and a copy of the payslip had to be attached. The documents was submitted before the due date. I called to find if my account has been reassessed but nothing was done. End of January 2015 Bonitas deducted my monthly premium, along with another deduction of almost R1000. I have been making endless calls to the call centre to have my money refunded but up till today I have not yet received it. The call centre agents keep giving me reference numbers when I call but the problem is just not solved!<br> <br> I am certainly not impressed with this service as it is affecting me financially!!!!!<br> <br>
