No Paying Claims

So Bonitas is failing to pay claims i have spend over R4000 thus far and my claims are not been paid back yet im still being deducted my monthly fee. Other practices also visited is requesting payments from me because of Bonitas not paying. My problem here is i was not made aware by Bonitas they have an issue, when i finally found out, Bonitas promised it would be resolved last week, now im told they dont know when the issue will be resolved. I had a number of payment issues with Bonitas in the past and i feel there might be bigger issues with this company
