No not switch over!!
I switched from Discovery to Bonitas beginning of 2024 and switched back to Discovery within 6months.
Bonitas looks good on paper, I truly do not recommend them. Their claims are not updated in real time and one can't use your savings account to purchase mist medicine (general products like Medlemon as an example), so everything gets paid out of pocket, even though you have thousands left in your MSA.
I have submitted the request in July 2024, and I received a reply that the claim will be processed December 2024.
I followed up again on the 1st of December. The reply on the 4th of December, stated it will take up to 10 working days. Today is the 20th of December. I am still waiting for feedback.
