No NO NOOOOOO NITAS

<p>A while back I wrote on Hello Peter about the atrocious service provided by BONITAS, and yet it continues. So after the first complaint , I received a phone call from Bonitas, stating that that my complaint will be investigated and that they will come back to me with details by no later than Wednesday 17 August 2016. I indicated to them that it should be noted that my dad is in pain and we need to have the matter resolved asap. Up till date no one called me back</p> <p> </p> <p>On 15 August 2016 an e-mail was sent to my dad stating that his limits has been reached that he has to pay the Urologist. Now according to my dad this is not the case….However this is not the question at hand. The question was pertaining to the biopsy that had to be done on 22 July 2016. Does this come from his day-to – day or hospitalisation ? Also I take that the representative from Bonitas would be able to assist on this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>The matter regarding the blood tests, have not even get any attention . What type of service is Bonitas rendering? Also the sheer arrogance of them responding in piece meal, and not caring about their member’s health is sickening. As I have stated my dad is 72 years old. Bonitas is happy to take their monthly premiums, but are to pathetic to respond to question?</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope this is the last time I have to write on HP in order to get a response from Bonitas</p> <p> </p>
