No help from Bonitas Medical aid

Hi all.. The below message was swnt with a motivation letter to this heartless people.

My name is Fathima Sayed Mohideen. I am 36 years old. My medical aid member ship number is ********** 5894. I need your urgent assistance. I sincerely hope you will consider my application.

I lost my child on the 17th of February 2017. My entire life is so sad. She would have been 17 years today. My whole house is so quite and sad. I have no words to express this hurt.

I have been ligated now for the last 9 years and had no wish of having another child but now things have changed for the worst. Losing my child has been devastating and has effected my whole family and marriage.

I ask for you to please assist me in obtaining alittle bit of happiness again by granting me an approval for a tubal reversal. I do understand this procedure is not covered by medical aid, that is why i am pleading with you. I dont need any other procedures i will not even use the medical aid benefits going forward, you can take everything please. I plead and beg you to consider my application for a tubal reversal.

But all i got was this procedure is a exclusion and will not be done. They are ao heartless. What is the use of a medical aid. I emailed so many times to ********** and ********** and ********** and ********** No help.. At all.. Not even a ceo called me yet i requested so many times.. Team leaders are always busy.. You cant even speak to anyone of the directors.. I even requested for a meeting with them.. I was told they dont meet with people... What custome services os this.. As a medical aid you cant jjst put everyone in the same basket. I lost my child.. Im asking for ur help.. I am paying u every month so cant there be any exceptions made.. You all are big board members with no heart.. Medical aid was supposed to be here to help people. Im asking you to grant me a littlw happiness.. Thats all. I would like the CEO to call me not a idiot that can't help me. I would appreciate if you could help me.
