No help at all!

My father was with Bonitas Medical Aid! He got sick the 14th of January and was rushed to hospital. So inbetween the ambulance and the hospital he passed away. I then contacted the medical aid on the 15th of January to report this and asked them to keep my mother on but have on record he is no longer a member and she will be the main member staying on. I have a hospital bill of over 5k that Bonitas is now refusing to pay as there was a short fall on the medical aid paid end of January never discussed on numerous calls to them - keep in mind there's an authorization number for this as well. Now when I phoned as I'm trying to get this resolved I was told I need to go to court as I can't get the information of my deceased dad as it's against the poppy act. Not only was this such a bad expierence to lose my father but now 5 months later I'm still struggling to get help from Bonitas to pay this account.
