No funds available first time going to the hospital

Worse mistake I ever made joining Bonita’s, my Fiancée went to a hospital and I had to pay R590 for unpaid fees but that one I understand that it was not their network hospitals. And I went to their network hospital for the first time all of a sudden there was no funds available now I have to pay the hospital R1495, and now I don’t have funds available on my medical at all. Can’t go to the doctor can’t even get medication at a pharmacy. Wish I listen to my friend asking me to join Discovery medical. Bonita’s is really not good.
