No full payments

<p>We've been with Bonitas medical aid for over a year now. In the brochure, they stated all in hospital blood tests will be covered by a 100%.</p> <p>Now months later, I'm still getting invoices from Lancet Laboratories for outstanding payments. I see in those statements that Bonitas only paid a certain amount, not everything. </p> <p>Why state that you cover all the blood tests at a 100% when in fact you hardly cover 50% of it? </p> <p>Isn't that false advertising?</p>
