No Follow-Up.... AGAIN
After my first complaint, I was contacted by a Bonitas representative, who promised to look into the matter. Not a word after, and now suspension!!!!!!<br> Not a single new statement, not a single communication about the matter, but they feel free to suspend after REPEATED requests from my side to clarify exactly WHAT I am supposed to be paying an additional R4000 for. <br> This company has just lost a client, and I will be doing my absolute best to deter anybody from joining them in future. What a joke.
