NO FEEDBACK ON APPLICATION

I need urgent assistance please. A month ago we handed an application in to become a member of the medical fund (Nanette Taute). We handed it in through Coler FSP in Bloemfontein and till this day we have not received a response. If we contact Coler they say that you are telling them it is in process but how long can it take. The problem we have here is that the baby (who we want to be covered immediately) can come any day. We made provision for payment end of last month already. Really this is ridiculous - how can an application take so long?<br> <br> Please attend hereto URGENTLY as I expect a membership number by close of business today.
