No feedback from bonitas regarding the payments of Savings

My Medical aid was cancelled 30 September 2020 and I have submit every form through to bonitas we had no feedback , and today no feedback? we want medical aid to pay out my savings and would like someone to urgently contact us. this is very bad service so glad we hare leaving bonitas

You wait for 4months for savings refund only to get the below sms telling to wait for another 10days
210121QDB39T - ***.The savings refund amount will be processed on 10/02/***

This is very bad service so glad i am leaving this **** bonitas. Useless Medical Scheme

Why its so difficult to pay back the savings refund in time

I've waited for 4 Months , just to hear that i have to wait for another 10days for what if I have wait for 4months.

I GIVE YOU 24 HOURS TO REFUND MY MONEY OR LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

Really I don't understand how this not done yet
