No feedback from Boncap!!!

Good day

Myself has been on Bonitas Boncap for about 5 years, This year my Fiance moved over to Boncap as a new member on his own medical aid. We filled in the application, We have disclosed in the chronic section, He has Diabetes, Cholestrol and Glaucoma, When he wen to they eye specialist for these test after account was submitted, They told us we never disclosed he has Glaucoma, No one ever came back to me after i emailed the original application where we stated he has this chronic illness, Even the eye specialists contacted them, Boncap asked them to fill in a form, The lady from the Eye specialist contacted me this morning, Stating she didn't get any feedback. This was done in May month already, Boncap has the most terrible service on the chronic side.
