No feedback for probable *****ulent claims

This is third time I submit this. I do not get any feedback on this matter.

Claims paid when I didn't visit the service provider Some time ago I lodged a concern that was never addressed.

More recently I put the following complaint about the lack of feedback on Hellopeter, but still there's no feedback on what's going on here:

A claim was submitted and paid on my name as patient while I never visited this doctor at all.

Seems anyone can just out in claims if the have my Bonitas member number and ID number.

No reply at all except the one promising to look into it.
