No feedback for more than a montj

I am writing this on behalf of my fiance, i app**** for third party consent in 2025, it was approved for 5 years, all of the sudden now I don't have third-party consent anymore, i send documents again on the 17th August and we have not recieved any feedback regarding third-party consens.

Furthermore, we email the medical aid on the 17th August regarding accounts that wasnt paid and wanted feedback, We have not recieved any on the 31st of August we got a email it will be sent to the PHA and got a reference number ***6. And nothing again after this, this is the most pathetic pathetic service i have ever recieved from Bonitas Boncap!! Please resond to this complaint urgently, to both the following emails *** & ***
