NO FEEDBACK DOUBLE PAYMENT EFT AND DEBIT ORDER

Ive joined Bonitas Medical aid on the 1st of October, i was not told that they will take a double payment at the end of October, ive changed my banking details and informed them that i will make an eft payment which i did and Nyengedzo confirmed on sms that the debit order will not go off. My debit order went off twice and now i have to pay for bank cost, after i spoke to another gentleman he told me that they work in advance so i will have to make double payment in October keep in mind im on the boncap option for a reason i only earn a little but this is the service you get after asking for the recording where they informed me that i will have to make a double payment they keep on changing the subject !!!!!!!!!!!!
